Description
The Cuvée Nykteri of Argyros estate is produced from a strict selection of Assyrtiko vines, at least 150 years old, in Pyrgos and Megalochori of Santorini. In appearance it is golden yellow in colour and in the aromatic characteristics we find aromas of citrus, pine nuts, green fruits and sage. This is followed by aromas of chakra and minerality, with notes of nuts to follow. The palate is rich and complex, with minerality and a slight saltiness evident throughout. The body is full-bodied, with a distinctive sharp acidity and a persistent finish that lingers.
