Description
Cuvée Nykteri from Ktima Argyros is made from a strict selection of Assyrtiko vines, at least 150 years old, in Pyrgos and Megalochori, Santorini. Visually it shows a golden-yellow color, with aromas of citrus, stone fruit, green fruit, and sage, followed by notes of flint and minerality, and hints of nuts. On the palate it’s rich and complex, with minerality and a light salinity present throughout. The body is full, with a distinctive crisp acidity and a persistent, lingering finish.
