Description
Red sparkling wine from the native Epirus variety Vlachiko. After the second fermentation of the base wine in autoclave tanks (Charmat method), the wine remains in contact with the lees for greater complexity. The rich forest fruit aromas are perfectly underlined by the yeast and brioche aromas.
