In 1985 at a large table for the bottling of the winery’s first white wine , a friend from the company in full cheer insisted asking Vangelis Chatzivaritis “Vangelis!Are you watching me?” To complete the 10-year operation of the winery, this anniversary wine mainly from SauvignonBlanc and Assyrtiko , marries evolution with history .
