The harmonic blend of the local varieties of Vlachiko and Bekari with Agiorgitiko has given an interesting aromatic bouquet on the nose and a strong complexity on the palate.
Rich deep purple colour. Intense aromas of ripe red fruit, wild berries, and cherries. The balance of tannins gives a velvety taste in the mouth and the rest unfermented sugars leave a smooth and sweet aftertaste.
Paired with spicy cheeses, spoon sweets, chocolate, cremes, and ice cream.
