Description
Pale lemon colour, with peppery and spicy nose, followed by aromas of white and pink blossoms, with white-fleshed and unripe red fruit dominating the core.
Oily and tasty on the palate. Floral notes and citrus fruit, underpinned by white cherry and hints of unripe red fruits, which are highlighted by the excellent acidity. The peppery and spicy tones continue, along with a meaty note, while the extended mineral character and the soft botanical hints lead to a long-lasting, lingering finish.
