Description
Soft white colour with pale grey notes. Intriguingly aromatic profile combining jasmine, pear, pineapple, and citrus fruit, followed by notes of mint and honeycomb. Refreshing, crisp, full-bodied, and perfectly balanced, with a fruity long-lasting aftertaste.
Paired perfectly with a variety of dishes, such as aromatic salads, grilled fatty fish and seafood, as well as with cheese or fruit platters. Served at 10 – 12°C.
