Scaperdas Frères is Kir-Yianni’s brand new proposal in the category of sparkling wines. Vinification is made with the traditional method and the grapes come from the variety of Xinomavro, planted within the PDO Amynteo zone in Florina. Brut Blanc De Noirs is a sparkling wine based on Xinomavro that gives an expressive wine with a rich and soft mouthfeel, an incredibly integrated acidity, and a creamy long-lasting foam that leads to a pleasant aftertaste.
