Description
Born from the estate’s select Viognier variety, planted in the vineyard in 1993 in collaboration with the Agricultural Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. It has a deep golden-yellow color and shows a rich varietal character, with aromas of apricot and peach, along with smoky notes on the long finish.
It has aging potential and is best served chilled at 10–12°C.
It pairs well with fatty-fleshed fish, shrimp in white sauce, asparagus, distinctive flavors (lobster, crab), and Asian cuisine.
