Description
Medium lemon colour. Aromas of green apple, pear, and lemon, with a floral essence dominated by rose petals. Dry on the palate, slightly creamy, with flavours consistent to the aromas in the nose, giving the wine a complex character.
Paired with a variety of dishes such as fish, seafood, pasta, white meat, roasted and cooked vegetables, cheese platters, and fruit.
