Nykteri is one of the most characteristic, traditional wines of the island of Santorini, where highly ripe grapes are harvested in the early hours of the morning. The result is an incredibly full, mature, complex, warm wine with great aging potential. The missing link between Santorini and dry Madeira. Both can age for several decades.
