In the mouth, the typical acidity of the Xinomavro variety adds zest and highlights the fresh, aromatic notes that lead to a lingering finish.
Paired with grilled mushrooms, seafood, smoked salmon plain or with pasta, fish in tomato sauce, lamb casserole or lamb on the spit, and grilled eggplant.
