Description
The grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Agiorgitiko that participate in the varietal composition of this wine are separately vinified and the blend matures for at least one year in French oak barrels.
Dark purple colour. Complex and beautifully developing bouquet of cherries and plums, followed by vanilla and pepper. Rich on the palate, full-bodied, with smooth tannins and good structure. A charming wine recommended for long aging.
Best served at 16-18 °C.
Paired with intense dishes, such as game, red meat, and poultry in rich sauce.
