Description
Deep red colour. The nose is dominated by vegetal aromas of tomato and olive, ripe dark fruit, and notes of spices and vanilla. The palate is dry, with robust tannins and characteristic acidity that balances with the fruity aromas of blackberry and plum. Combined with the aromas of vanilla from the well-integrated oak, it gives an elegant and complex finish. Matured for at least 12 months in French oak barrels and aged for at least 12 months in the bottle. Paired with red meat, cold cuts, and hard cheeses.
