It has a rich, full body and good balance, and it’s notably smooth on the palate, with no bitterness or astringent tannins. It takes a more modern, easy-drinking approach to Naoussa.
Pairs ideally with red meats, pasta with red sauces, and yellow cheeses. It suits everyday meals and traditional Greek dishes perfectly.
