Description
Mavrostyfo is a rare variety belonging to the Mavroudia group. As its name suggests, it has a deep, almost black color and abundant tannins. Its acidity balances the alcohol, producing a wine with great aging potential, best paired with charcoal-grilled meats and served at 17–18°C.
