Description
Deep purple colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits and spices, full body, mild, silky tannins and a pronounced acidity. An excellent pair for veal tartar, game, lamb, pasta in tomato sauce, and hard yellow cheese varieties. Muses Estate was the first winery to revive this variety thanks to the efforts of Athanasios Zacharias.
