Deep red colour with blue hues. Complex nose with notes of red and black fruit syrups, graphite, sweet spices, and vanilla. Warm and lush in the mouth, with round tannins that balance the whole. Long finish of sweet spices.
Paired with yellow cheese varieties, meat in tomato sauce or grilled meat, and game.
