Machir Bay is the flagship of the Kilchoman distillery whisky series. It takes its name from the famous Machir Bay beach on Islay, located near the distillery. Machir Bay is a single malt aged in a complex combination of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, thus creating a beautiful balance of vanilla, smoky butterscotch, and fruit.
