Description
This technical challenge was masterfully solved by Regis Camus and the toji of the Konishi family brewery in Hyogo Prefecture. The result is an alternative to rosé and white wine, without sulfites, 12% alcohol, which is perfect for relaxing afternoons or business lunches, and pairs well with anything from a light snack to your favorite risotto.
