Description
Wishes White is a multi-vineyard wine consisting of Assyrtiko, Malagouzia and Chardonnay. Three varieties that make up a wine with complexity and depth. Aromatically, the wine is quite expressive and “extrovert”. It is associated with floral aromas, citrus and exotic fruits, with botanicals on a second nose. On the palate, it is characterized by intensity, balance between acidity, mild fatness and alcohol. The secondary elements of the barrel ageing emerge in the aftertaste. This is a white wine with the potential to mature. White Wishes are ideally paired with mild fatty dishes, creamy textures of all types, fish, aged cheeses and green elements. Their versatile character, as well as their extroversion, make it a classic proposition with multiple recipients.
