Description
The legendary, abandoned distillery in the remote Isle of Jura on the west coast of Scotland, 60 miles from Glasgow, was reborn in 1963. Jura whiskey marked the rebirth of Jura Distillery. The Celtic symbol on the front of the bottle signifies birth and the forces of nature. It matured in ex-Bourbon barrels for at least 10 years to impart a vanilla flavor. Smooth and elegant. with a warm honey finish, and aromas of cereal, creamy caramel, and subtle notes of toffee dominating the nose.
