Porto Carras Domaine Porfyrogennitos 1993 !
Soft red colour with red-brown hues. Complex bouquet with aromas of tobacco leaves, mushrooms, black olive, and bitter chocolate. Although aged, the tannins retain their vitality, giving a mature and at the same time intense structure to this rare wine.
Paired with game and red meat.
Decanting for an hour before drinking is recommended. Served at 18-20 °C.
