Description
Yellow colour with distinctive golden shades. Aromas of white flowers, and citrus fruit. Powerful and intense in the mouth, with strong acidity. Strong minerality and long aftertaste. Paired with large, fatty fish, shellfish, seafood pasta, meat (poultry and pork), creamy cheeses.
