Gin Finsbury is a particular representative of the “London Dry Gin” flavour type that is highly preferred both internationally and in Great Britain, as the distillery is still based in London. Finsbury has been flavoured with juniper berries, fruits, and herbs before distilled again. It’s enjoyed on the rocks and and is ideal for mixing in a variety of famous cocktails, including a classic “Gin & Tonic” or a “Finsbury Fizz” with lemon juice.
