Description
Evolved color with violet highlights. A rich bouquet with notes of ripe red fruit, spice, and wood. Full on the palate, with tannins that are developing nicely and a long finish. Its character continues to develop with further aging.
Pairs harmoniously with grilled meats, as well as with red sauce and yellow cheeses.
Special suggestion: Oven-roasted lamb with fresh spring onions.
