It’s produced at the foothills of the legendary mountain in Litochoro, Pieria, offering a highly interesting, organic, and vegan-friendly take on the famous French variety. The blend of three different vinifications gives it concentration and a complex character, combining fruity aromas (green apple, citron, stone fruit) with notes of butter, cream, and bread.
