Assyrtiko from Ktima Dimopoulou is a select white wine with the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Florina, produced in Xino Nero, Amyntaio. The winery makes the most of the region’s distinct continental climate and high altitude (630–670m), offering a different, cooler-climate take on this famous Greek variety.
