Ktima Hatzimichalis Assyrtiko – Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent, refreshing dry white wine, blending the power and acidity of Greek Assyrtiko (50%) with the explosive, aromatic character of French Sauvignon Blanc (50%). It’s a wine with the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Atalanti Valley, vinified without any oak aging, fully preserving its fresh, fruit-driven character.
