Tsipouro Apostolakis is one of the most recognizable and beloved Greek spirits. It’s produced by the Apostolakis Family in Krokio, Almyros, Magnesia, in Thessaly, with a distilling tradition dating back to 1922. It’s celebrated for its clean, smooth taste and rich aroma, achieved through multiple distillations of select pomace, predominantly from the Muscat of Hamburg variety.
