Theros Plyto Single Vineyard is an excellent, low-intervention (natural approach) white wine from Theros Wines Collectiva, created by Konstantinos Manouras in Heraklion, Crete. It’s made from Plyto, an ancient and rare Cretan grape variety that was rescued from extinction and offers a distinctive flavor profile.
