Description
Deep ruby red colour. The nose is dominated by vegetal aromas of tomato and olive, wrapped by notes of dark fruit. Dry on the palate, with soft tannins and acidity that blends the vegetal and fruity flavours in harmony. Notes of spices and vanilla lead to a complex finish.
Matured for 6 months in French oak barrels and aged for at least 6 months in the bottle. Paired with white and red meat, cold cuts, and cheeses.
