Martini Bitter is a classic Italian aperitif with a pronounced, complex bitter and botanical flavor. It’s based on an authentic 1872 recipe created by the company’s founder, Luigi Rossi. Unlike Martini’s world-famous vermouths, which are wine-based, Martini Bitter is made from a neutral alcohol base, in which more than 20 rare herbs and aromatic woods are infused.
