A Cabernet-Sauvignon-based blend, with the power and aroma of the variety, yet framed by an exotic and complex bouquet. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels, unfiltered, with further evolution potential for several years. Paired with deer, boar, or grilled meat. Served at 18 °C.
